TNSOnline provides real-time reporting of device status. Alerts are configured to easily identify problem devices or a sudden drop in expected transaction traffic between each point.
A history of transaction volumes is maintained to identify real-time issues. As expected volumes for the day of the week and hour of the day drop significantly, alerts notify our 24x7x365 team of issues so they can restore any connection failures or track automatically redirected traffic.
TNS is a Level 1 PCI certified service provider and its secure network is supported 24x7x365 by TNS’ Network Operating Centers around the world.
