Call Guardian™ for Android - Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is between you as our Subscriber and TNS and it sets forth the terms and conditions under which you agree to use and we agree to provide the Service. By using the Service, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Overview, Spam Detection and Blocking.

Call Guardian is an enhanced caller identification app-based service that supports a Spam Detection Feature that detects and warns you if an incoming caller is potentially spam, a robocaller, or potential fraud, and includes spam management and call blocking features. The Service also identifies the name, city, and state of the caller. Not all features are available with our free version of the Service. The Service’s spam detection and caller identification feature may inadvertently mislabel or block legitimate callers as spam, a robocaller, or potential fraud. It is possible that Call Guardian may mistakenly tag or, based on the action you take within the app, block legitimate callers including those to whom you may have given consent to communicate with via your mobile number. The service utilizes analytics and databases that are continually evolving. You may check your voicemail to determine if the caller is legitimate (if they left a voice message). TNS does not guarantee that all calls that are robocalls, spam, or fraudulent will be detected. Via the Call Guardian app, you may manage unwanted callers and report callers as potential spam, robocalls, or fraud; view a list of callers that have been blocked and top spam numbers; and block and un-block specific callers. Your saved contact names will show instead of the name or spam number identification. TNS reserves the right to change or withdraw the Service at any time.

2. Charges.

For Android users, any monthly recurring fees, data usage or other Carrier fees incurred during your use of the Service will be billed to your US Cellular account.

3. Privacy.

TNS may use information about your activity in the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.tnsi.com/privacy-policy.
