Join Waypoint at WFIC 2026 in Copenhagen 

This October, the global financial markets community will gather in Copenhagen, Denmark to discuss the trends, technologies and challenges shaping the industry at the 17th biennial World Financial Information Conference (WFIC). Waypoint Trading Solutions is proud to join the conversation at WFIC 2026 as a sponsor and exhibitor.

Taking place October 11-14, WFIC 2026 is hosted by the Financial Information Services Division (FISD) and is expected to bring together more than 700 industry peers from 40 countries.

Members of the global Waypoint team will be in Copenhagen to connect with clients, partners and industry professionals from across the financial markets community. In addition to exhibiting, Waypoint team members will contribute to two panel discussions during the event. On Tuesday, October 13 from 2:30pm-3:15pm CEST Trista Burke, Global Head of Relationship Management at Waypoint Trading Solutions, will moderate “Back to the Future! Financial Infrastructure, Data Centers and the On-Prem Revival.” The panel will investigate how financial firms can make smart infrastructure choices based on workload, cost, control, security, latency and practical experience with “on prem.”

On Wednesday, October 14 from 11:45am-12:30pm CEST, Steven Roe, Vice President of Market Data Solutions at Waypoint Trading Solutions, will participate in “Data as a Precious Commodity: Market Data Moving from Cost Center to Strategic Asset.” This session will explore how market data is evolving from a back-office cost center into a critical strategic asset driving innovation and competitive advantage.

Closing WFIC with Waypoint

Waypoint is proud to serve as the Farewell Reception Sponsor. The Farewell Reception will take place on Wednesday October 14, from 12:30pm-4:30pm CEST, bringing participants together as the event comes to a close.

During the reception, Waypoint’s President Tom Lazenga will speak and welcome everyone gathered at the reception. The reception will provide event attendees with an opportunity to reflect on the conversations at the conference and strengthen the connections made.
