Transaction Network Services (TNS) is pleased to announce that Maurie Munro has been appointed as Vice President, Enterprise Sales, for TNS Communications Market.

Maurie joined TNS in June 2024 as Regional Vice President of Voice Solutions, bringing with him almost 30 years of experience in solution selling in the Communications Market.

In his new role, Maurie will work closely with the Enterprise sales team to drive TNS’ growth in the US. TNS’ Enterprise Product Suite aims to solve the challenges faced by businesses’ outbound contact center operations in engaging with their customers effectively due to a lack of trust in voice calling.

“We’re delighted to have Maurie take on this new role at TNS,” said Denny Randolph, President of TNS Communications Market. “His expertise and understanding of the Communications Market will be an asset as we continue to grow our Enterprise product suite and work with new and existing customers.”

With TNS Enterprise Authentication and Spoof Protection, TNS Enterprise Branded Calling and TN Insights, businesses can ensure that only verified branded calls reach their customers and non-authenticated calls are immediately blocked. This can help to reduce fraud, grow customer conversion rates and provides valuable insights into call delivery metrics.

Prior to joining TNS, Maurie has held executive roles with service providers such as Masergy Communications, Peerless Network and Airband Communications. As Vice President of UC and CC Solutions at Masergy Communications, Maurie worked closely with the industry Technology Service Distributors offering cloud voice solutions for global enterprises. Additionally, Maurie worked as the Vice President of Voice Solutions at Peerless communications bringing SD WAN and BYOC voice solutions to domestic enterprise organizations. Maurie holds a BA in Politics and Government from the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, WA.
