Andy Stewart is a seasoned IT professional with 30 years’ experience across the IT spectrum including operations, software development, project and programme management. Andy started his career in the energy retailing sector, and went on to work for global IT companies such as Unisys and HP. For the last 10 years, Andy has been with Z Energy, New Zealand’s largest fuel retailer, initially delivering large scale projects aimed at modernizing the customer facing platforms operated by Z, and in his current role of Head of Site Systems, taking responsibility for all aspects of Z Energy’s mission critical customer facing platforms that include point of sale, payments, loyalty, mobile phone applications and secure networking.

Nitin Bhas

Nitin is Chief of Strategy & Insights at Kaleido Intelligence as well as the lead analyst for financial services. He brings over 10 years of experience working with financial institutions, fintech companies and vendors across various digital technology sectors. Umer Ayub is TNS’ Chief Risk Officer and manages the company’s compliance and operational risk functions at a global level.

Umer designed and implemented TNS’ global framework to manage compliance with PCI DSS, SSAE16, ATM scheme and ISO standards. This hugely successful framework is based on a standardized process that has delivered continued compliance with these requirements to effectively manage the company’s IT risks globally.

Peter Papaioannou

Peter Papaioannou Vice President Global Product Strategy - Global Payments

Peter Papaioannou oversees Global Product Strategy at Global Payments with focus on emerging payments and innovation.

Prior to Global Payments Peter spent over seven years at Visa in data product strategy and product management and almost ten years in consulting with Deloitte.

Nick Maynard

Josh then helps them communicate the problems and solutions to their internal audiences – from the C-Suite to the delivery teams.

John Tait

As Global Managing Director of TNS’ Payments Market, John Tait is responsible for identifying and driving growth across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions. He works closely with the senior regional management teams, as well as TNS’ corporate leadership group, to set the company’s Payments strategy. He is focused on working to meet the unique requirements of TNS customers, employees and shareholders.

Michael Johnson

Michael JohnsonManaging Director, Payments Market – APAC

Michael Johnson is the Managing Director of TNS’ Payments Market business for the Asia Pacific region. He oversees a diverse team based across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and the Philippines. Michael is responsible for identifying and driving growth, and works alongside the wider TNS leadership team to set the company’s FinTech strategy.

Shaun Donaghey

Shaun DonagheyManaging Director, Payments Market – US

Shaun leads TNS’ Payments Market business in North America. In his role Shaun is responsible for driving growth of TNS’ full payments portfolio and identifying and driving all sales and business activity in his region. He also contributes to global strategic decisions alongside his European and Asian counterparts, and the wider TNS corporate leadership team.
