Transaction Network Services is led by a team of world-class executives, chosen for their experience and ability to adapt our products and services as well as execute strategies to meet the unique needs of our customers around the globe.
Mike Keegan is TNS’ Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for setting the global direction for the company and for making strategic decisions to ensure sustainable growth. In his role, he oversees the network, operations, sales, development and product groups which deliver solutions to thousands of financial organizations, telecommunications providers and retailers in over 60 countries. Mike’s broad remit also includes responsibility for the administrative functions at TNS, including finance, legal, HR and compliance.
Dennis Randolph is TNS’ Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and oversees TNS' financial operations teams around the world. He is responsible for ensuring financial compliance in the countries TNS operates in and setting the organization’s financial strategy, including long-term investments, internal control processes and budgeting. He also supports larger structured contracts.
Henry Graham is TNS’ Vice Chairman and is responsible for strategic business development. Henry helps guide investment and tactical decisions to ensure TNS’ long-term growth, including identifying acquisitions, as well as laying the foundations for the company’s growth plans around the world.
As Chief Network Officer, Mark Cole leads a global team responsible for the network and services provided to TNS' customers around the world. His group ensures the design, planning, implementation, maintenance and customer service for TNS' global payments, financial and telecommunications networks.
Jim McLaughlin is TNS’ General Counsel and Secretary. He oversees a team providing legal advice to TNS globally in areas such as contracts, employment, regulatory, intellectual property and acquisitions. In addition he is responsible for the corporate secretary function.
His role also includes leadership of TNS' HR functions, including coordination of recruiting, benefits, performance management, training and employment policies and procedures.
Bill Versen is TNS’ Chief Product Officer. In this far-reaching role, Bill is responsible for overseeing the vision, strategy, development, management, and marketing of all TNS’ products and services globally. Leading a team of more than 140 professionals across three continents, Bill ensures that TNS’ solutions for the payments, telecommunication, and financial service markets continue to meet the diverse needs of TNS’ customers while delivering new strategic solutions with sustainable values that drive profitable revenue for TNS.
Lisa Shipley is General Manager of TNS’ FinTech Solutions business covering the Americas. In her role, Lisa identifies and drives all sales and business activity within her region and contributes to global strategic decisions alongside her European and Asian counterparts and the wider TNS corporate leadership team.
Mark Collins is Managing Director of TNS’ FinTech Solutions business for the EMEA region, which includes offices in the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy and Germany. Mark drives all sales and business activity in his region and is part of TNS’ leadership team which is responsible for setting TNS’ strategic direction and implementing its vision.
John Tait is Managing Director of TNS’ FinTech Solutions business for the Asia Pacific region. He oversees a diverse team based across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and the Philippines. John is responsible for identifying and driving growth, and works alongside the wider TNS leadership team to set the company’s FinTech strategy.
David Kaemmer is Vice President of Sales for TNS’ Wholesale business. David leads a team which is responsible for driving revenues across TNS’ unique telecommunications product portfolio, including roaming and clearing, signaling, big data-driven solutions, risk and fraud mitigation, mobility applications, messaging and identity management.
