TNS and UCP collaboration expands access to unattended payment expertise across North America

Transaction Network Services (TNS) has entered into a partnership agreement with Unattended Card Payments (UCP), which specializes in EMV-compliant hardware and payment solutions for attended and unattended card payment terminals across North America.

The agreement represents an important step in TNS’s go-to-market strategy, expanding its partner ecosystem and creating new opportunities across the unattended payments market. Through the collaboration, UCP customers will gain access to TNS’s Payment Orchestration platform, deep unattended payments expertise, broad terminal certifications and proven ability to support complex customer environments.

“UCP has built a strong ecosystem across attended and unattended payments, with a clear focus on helping customers address complex payment requirements,” said Matt Loos, Head of Partnerships and Business Development, TNS Payments Market. “This agreement extends UCP’s existing offering with proven unattended payments capabilities, extensive device enablement and flexible integration options to its customers. Together, TNS and UCP can help customers solve complex payment challenges while creating growth opportunities for both organizations.”

Through the agreement, UCP can provide its customers with enhanced service and support, alongside access to TNS’s unattended payment orchestration capabilities for parking, EV charging, ticketing, vending, car washes and laundromats as well as a wide range of other unattended use cases. By combining certified payment technology with flexible deployment and integration capabilities, TNS helps organizations meet rigorous business requirements, maximize uptime, reduce vendor complexity and manage payments securely across self-service networks.

“Collaborating with TNS represents an important step in strengthening our payments ecosystem,” said Rob Chilcoat, President, UCP. “UCP is committed to working with partners who share our dedication to delivering the high standards and specialist capabilities our customers expect. This partnership creates a strong foundation for a long-term relationship, and we see great potential for the opportunities it unlocks for both organizations as we continue to grow together.”
