Michele Mullee
Global Account Director, Payments Market
Michele Mullee joined TNS in 2024 as the Global Account Director for its Payments Market business. In her role, Michele leads the strategy for TNS’s portfolio of strategic global accounts, supporting the company’s largest customers.
Prior to joining TNS, Michele was a Senior Director with Conduent, with a focus on corporate development and strategic partners and alliances.
Michele has held several roles with First Data Corporation, including four years as SVP, Strategic Accounts where she led a team responsible for the enterprise business of a top five financial institution. While in this role, she was instrumental for double digit account growth, strategic account leadership and payment strategies. Michele also spent four years with ACI Worldwide, as a Principal Account Executive for major accounts, leading client sales and strategy. During this time, she was the lead in securing the largest account renewal in the firm’s history.
In addition, Michele has extensive financial institution experience, including nine years as a Senior Vice President, Payment Channels with KeyBank in Cleveland, Ohio.
Michele holds a BA in Management Science from Cleveland State University, and a Masters in Banking from Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
