Yousaf Hafeez
Head of Business Development – Radianz
Yousaf Hafeez joined Waypoint Trading Solutions as Head of Business Development for its Radianz portfolio following the acquisition of BT’s Radianz business which completed in 2026. His focus is on strategic capital market accounts including market data vendors, exchanges and trading platforms.
With more than 25 years’ experience in financial markets and technology, Yousaf joined BT Radianz in 2001 as Director of Provider Development before moving into the role of Director of Capital Market Development and then Head of Business Development.
Yousaf was an Executive Committee Chair at FISD and has spoken at several conferences on subjects ranging from market data, low latency, emerging markets, digital assets, technology in capital markets, as well as fintechs and trends in capital markets. He has also written articles and been quoted in various trade publications.
