Ben Myers

Ben Myers is Managing Director for EMEA for Waypoint Trading Solutions. In this role, he oversees a team who are responsible for supporting customers with trading infrastructure, connectivity, market data and data center colocation needs.

With more than 15 years’ experience in financial markets and trading technology, Ben started his career at IBM in 2004 before joining Thomson Reuters in London where he became Business Development Manager for Northern Europe in 2010.

Prior to joining Waypoint, Ben held various leadership positions at Intercontinental Exchange in London. During this time, he was recognized as the Top Performing Global Salesperson in 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Most recently, he was Director, Head of Connectivity and Feeds for EMEA at ICE Data Services where he was responsible for two teams within the company – ICE Global Network and ICE Consolidated Feed.

Ben received a BA (Honors) in Business Studies and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK and was recognized with its ‘Young Enterprise Award’. Outside of work, Ben is a keen tennis player and part of a local tennis league, with his athleticism spanning to running having completed the London Marathon to raise money for homeless charity, Crisis. A self-proclaimed cruise enthusiast, Ben has enjoyed over 20 (and counting) with his family
