David Mattinson

Head of Strategic Sales, EMEA, Waypoint Trading Solutions

David Mattinson joined Waypoint Trading Solutions as Head of Strategic Sales for EMEA in November 2024. In this role, David oversees the expansion of Waypoint’s networks, operations and sales activities across the EMEA region, working closely with customers and partners.

Prior to joining Waypoint, David held the role of Senior Manager, Connectivity – at ICE. David originally joined ICE in 2017 as Sales Director, before progressing into the position of Senior Sales Director and later, Sales Manager.

David started his career at Thomson Reuters as an Account Manager before moving onto Dun & Bradstreet, where he held the role of Strategic Relationship Manager.

David received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Information Management from Leeds Beckett University. David is a proud father of three wonderful girls who keep him very busy and in his spare time David enjoys keeping fit, improving his golf game and watching his beloved Liverpool FC.
