Steven Roe became Vice President of Market Data Solutions for TNS’ Financial Markets business in 2023, following the acquisition of his company, West Highland Support Services. With deep expertise in cloud‑based managed services, he develops innovative solutions that drive measurable impact for financial services firms.
Steven founded West Highland in 1996 and, as CEO, built it into the U.S. gold standard for market data distribution platform integration and management for more than 25 years. At TNS, he continues to lead the executive professional services team, advising on enterprise audit, transformation, optimization, and development initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Steven was Director of Engineering at Reuters & Rich Inc. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University, New York. An exercise enthusiast, he enjoys soccer, ice plunges, and traveling.
