Mike Keegan is responsible for setting global strategy for the company and for making the critical decisions to ensure sustainable growth. As CEO, he oversees the network, operations, sales, development and product groups.

John Tait works closely with the senior regional management teams, as well as TNS’ corporate leadership group, to set the company’s payments strategy. He is responsible for identifying and driving growth across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

Matthew Thomas joined TNS’ Payments Market business in 2023 as Managing Director for the UK and Ireland. With more than 20 years’ experience, Matthew is a payments industry specialist and is passionate about helping customers and partners navigate digital transformation.

George Zirkel joined TNS in 2016 as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Payments Strategy. In his role, George leads the growth of TNS’ Payments Market portfolio in the US, Canada, Brazil and Mexico, and supports the company’s largest customers.

Giovanni Miste joined TNS in January 2003 to lead the TNS sales team in Italy. Today, he is TNS’ Managing Director Europe and is responsible for TNS’ business activities across the European Union including Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Greece.
