Transaction Network Services (TNS) announced today the company has won two Juniper Research Future Digital Awards for Telco Innovation. TNS’ LTE Roaming Hub was named Platinum Winner for the Best 5G Roaming Service Provider category, and TNS’ Identity and Protection Suite was named the Gold Winner for the Best Robocall Mitigation Solution category.
Winners of Juniper Research’s Future Digital Awards for Telco Innovation are selected based on a company’s contributions to the telecommunications industry and their potential impact on the market in the future.

The TNS Identity and Protection Suite – which consists of TNS Call Guardian, Call Guardian Authentication Hub, and TNS Identity Analytics – addresses consumers’ robocall frustrations to improve call experience and was named the Gold Winner for Best Robocall Mitigation Solution. To achieve this, the Identity and Protection Suite takes a layered approach that includes STIR/SHAKEN authentication, call analytics that differentiate legitimate callers from bad actors, and enterprise branded calling that allows businesses to display their logo to drive better consumer response to unidentified calls.
